Why real estate is better than crypto?
Controversial I know, but hear me out.
1.Physical Tangibility and Intrinsic Value: Real estate investments offer tangible assets — physical properties or land — with inherent value and utility. Unlike cryptocurrencies, which derive their worth from market demand and speculative trading, real estate assets possess intrinsic value due to their physical existence and usability. The tangible nature of real estate often provides a sense of security and stability for investors seeking assets with a palpable presence and practical utility. For me it is safer to be able to see my investment than pray victim to a hacker.
- Real estate is physical property or land, unlike cryptocurrencies which are digital.
- Real estate has inherent value because you can use or live on it.
- It feels secure because you can see and touch it.
2. Diversification and Risk Mitigation: Incorporating real estate into an investment portfolio allows for diversification, spreading risk across different asset classes. Real estate’s less volatile nature compared to the highly fluctuating crypto market can serve as a stabilising force within a diversified portfolio.
