Last weekend

I write this article because I just survived a weekend that was more chaotic than a toddler’s birthday party on a sugar high.

Friday Night: Theatrical Misadventures

My weekend kicked off with a dash of culture — or so I thought. Friday evening saw me leaving work early to catch a Spanish production called “Malinche.” Spoiler alert: I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re into weak scripts, dance performances that leave you scratching your head, random songs, and staging that feels like a chaotic puzzle missing a few pieces. But hey, at least the comedic bits kept us entertained! I was also with one of my favourite humans and despite the mania we laughed together and enjoyed the evening in each other's companies.
