Navigating the tumultuous waters of relationships can often feel like an emotional rollercoaster ride. For many of us, failed relationships can leave scars that linger long after the dust has settled. The disappointment, hurt, and disillusionment can all too easily turn into bitterness, making it difficult to approach new connections with an open heart and mind.

As someone who has experienced their fair share of ups and downs in the realm of love (way more downs!), I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthy perspective and not allowing past hurts to dictate my future. Over time, I’ve discovered a variety of tools and strategies that have helped me stay resilient and optimistic, even in the face of heartbreak.

1. Self-Reflection: Taking the time to reflect on past relationships allows me to gain valuable insights into myself and my patterns of behaviour.
